Software for Space: FAST!

Antaris required a speedy color and main page update for their new space startup presence. Alongside delivering various concepts, call-to-action (CTA), and a fresh color palette, I continue to offer ongoing application and website design, as well as UX and UI consulting.

Simplify Medical and Medicare Insurance

As part of the Anthem Innovation Studio Team and Government Business Division, my roles were integral in discovering, prototyping, designing and testing new ideas to improve customer experience and boost Anthem’s market share in the Medical Insurance space. We continually tested and launched new and innovative ideas.

  • User Research: Conducted interviews, observations, and workshops to understand how people use a system or service.

  • Data Analysis: Analyzed and synthesized data to grasp customer and user needs, struggles, and pain points.

  • Prototyping and Usability Testing: Developed paper and digital prototypes and conducted usability testing on new ideas and key features.

  • Collaborated on design systems to enhance the maintenance and evolution of all products and services, both digital and print.

  • Designed Innovation Studio workshop strategy, continuously improving the experience and outcomes with internal teams utilizing our Design Thinking & Innovation Workshop services.

  • Provided visual design, illustration, branding, web design, UX, UI, research/data analysis, web development, and quality assurance testing.

Build It…From the Ground Up

Built a highly skilled and versatile UX & Design team, process, and strategy to support Digital Product design at WestRock, a global paper goods provider.

  • Assessment of current maturity; improvement proposals at different levels and evangelization of user centric methods with stakeholders across WestRock.

  • Led design and UX team to improve collaboration between stakeholders, developers, business owners and POs to break silos.

  • Creation of a design system initiative to bring more consistency across different products under the WestRock umbrella brand.

  • Improvement of process for visual and digital design output.

  • Industry standard tooling acquisition, including security vetting.

  • Provided hands on digital and print design, as well as trained and up-leveled existing employees not well versed in design, UX or UI best practices.
